Hi, my name is Jenna Trottier, and I am the General Manager here at Service Star Realty. I’ve been in property management since 2005 and joined Service Star in October 2022 as a Property Manager. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the company and eventually move into the General Manager role. What I love most about being the GM is really the people. I love working with our team, helping them grow in their roles, and finding ways for us to continually improve how we serve our owners and residents. After being in property management for more than 20 years, I can definitely say no two days are ever the same. There’s always a new challenge, a problem to solve, or something we can make better—and I think that’s a big part of what has kept me in this industry for so long. I’m really proud to be part of Service Star and to have had the opportunity to grow alongside the company. I’m excited about where we’re headed and what we’ll continue to accomplish as a team.

Hi there! I’m Michele Filener, a Property Manager with Service Star Realty. I began my career in property management in 2005 and joined the Service Star team in July 2020. Today, I bring more than 21 years of industry experience to my role. Before joining Service Star Realty, I worked primarily in Arizona multifamily property management, serving as both a Community Manager and Director of Operations. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the industry and a genuine passion for helping property owners successfully manage and grow their investments. One of the things I love most about working at Service Star Realty is the amazing team I have the opportunity to work alongside and the strong core values we share throughout the company. Outside of work, I enjoy taking on home improvement projects and spending time with my two Australian Shepherds. Thank you for entrusting me with your investment. Randa has over 20 years of property management experience. Even with that experience, she appreciates the opportunity to nurture her professional development, and the systems that Service Star Realty has that offer training and additional knowledge. Outside of office hours, Randa spends time with family and friends enjoying the outdoors or going camping.

Amanda, with nearly 13 years of property management experience in the Phoenix Metro Area, excels in managing client investments in this dynamic market. She values building and maintaining relationships with both clients and customers. At Service Star Realty, Amanda appreciates the collaborative, team-oriented environment that enables them to provide excellent service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with activities like hiking, camping, paddle boarding, fishing, and taking care of her daughter and their animals. Amanda looks forward to making a continued positive impact.

Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m excited to be part of the team here at Service Star Realty as a Property Manager. I’ve been in property management since 2002, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many different owners, tenants, vendors, and properties. What I’ve always enjoyed most about property management is building relationships, helping solve problems, and making sure both our owners and residents feel taken care of. One of the things I really enjoy about working at Service Star is being part of a team that truly cares about providing great service and doing things the right way. I also really appreciate the support and teamwork here. And a little about me outside of work—I love traveling and spending time with my family, and I recently became a grandma, which has been such an exciting new chapter for me. I’m really happy to be part of Service Star Realty, and I look forward to working with all of you!

Hi, my name is Adam Burgus with Service Star Realty. I am happy to be a part of an amazing team that makes our wonderful clients and community top priority. I have been involved in the real estate industry since 2005. The knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years has allowed me to effectively guide clients and help them navigate the always changing real estate market. As the Office Manager, Rachel helps facilitate residents as they're moving in. One thing she loves about Service Star Realty is our ability to work as a team and resolve issues in a forward-thinking way. During the weekends, Rachel likes to take her dogs for a walk and explore Phoenix with her husband.

Hi, my name is Brie, and I’m a Resident Coordinator with Service Star Realty. I have a background in escrow and title, where I spent many years working with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to help keep transactions organized and moving forward. I’m excited to bring that experience into property management, where I really enjoy helping residents and owners and making sure things are handled efficiently and with great communication. Outside of work, I’m definitely a family-oriented person. I love spending time with my family, and one of my favorite things to do is spend time with my dog, Jet. He keeps me busy and brings so much joy to my life! I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and love being a part of the Service Star Realty family.

As the Marketing Director, Kayla’s job is to monitor Service Star Realty's presence and brand. She ensures that the website and listings are presentable, accurate, and up-to-date. She also helps with onboarding new investors by helping answer questions regarding property management. What she likes the most about working with Service Star Realty is everyone in their team has sets of expertise, and they have a wide array of experience when it comes to solving problems.

My name is Mia Aldana. My role is to work with all of our new owners who are coming into property management for the first time. I really enjoy helping people understand the process, answering their questions, and making that transition into property management as smooth and comfortable as possible. I’ve been licensed and working in the property management business for 15 years, so I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot along the way and work with all kinds of owners and properties. Outside of work, family is very important to me. I have an only daughter — which is pretty special after having nothing but sons! When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with her and enjoying our time together. I’m excited to be part of the Service Star Realty team, and I look forward to getting to know you and helping you along the way!

Richard handles the sales and acquisitions of Service Star Realty. He is also an Associate Broker of the company. He and his team accommodate potential clients on long-term objectives regarding their properties and the outlook of the marketplace. After evaluation, he provides the highest profit possible.
